Took my truck there for a simple check because I had my
Took my truck there for a simple check because I had my Engine light on. Everything was fine. They did their general inspection and said I only need front and rear pads replaced. The moment I brought the truck back home, I had more lights popping up! I took the truck back first thing the following week and they found all kinds of issues costing me $2k! Robbery! This is the last time they will ever see me.

Great experience. Hardest part was waiting on the wire confirmation from corporate. Fortunately Blake lit a fire and got my car delivered. Driver arrived, however he had stopped at McDonald's beforehand. I do not eat junk food and it was disconcerting having to smell it in my newly purchased car. Also noticed that there were stains on the seats which Blake had promised would be cleaned. Not sure if the McDonald's was the culprit. I love my Rav 4. So glad I found it and really enjoyed your crew in Lowell.

Absolutely awful service department.
Absolutely awful service department. Purchased a vehicle that had a broken front camera and tailgate sensor. They fixed the tailgate sensor, but not the front camera even after reaching out to GM would never do business here again.

I was not satisfied with the repair service because the
I was not satisfied with the repair service because the work was poorly done. They did not install the original part; the replacement part they used was not fitted correctly and is now detached on one side. Furthermore, they failed to replace the trim on the side where the leak is occurring.
